February Print Club: Whispers on the Water

Dear Print Club Members,

This month’s print features Whispers on the Water, a 24 × 30 oil painting inspired by the quiet moments that often go unnoticed. There is something powerful about still water—the way it reflects light, movement, and subtle shifts in color. In this piece, I wanted to capture that feeling of calm conversation between light and surface, where the details reveal themselves slowly.

February has been a busy month around here. I’ve spent a lot of time in the studio working on new paintings and exploring ideas for upcoming shows and collections. It feels really good to be back in that rhythm of painting regularly again, letting the work evolve one canvas at a time.

Outside the studio, life has been its usual mix of art, business, and planning for what’s ahead this year. There’s always a lot happening behind the scenes, but the best part is getting to share these finished pieces with all of you each month.
